All return requests must be submitted within this timeframe.
Sale Items
Products purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale unless otherwise stated.
Sale items may be eligible for store credit or size/color exchanges only, at our discretion.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, exchange, or store credit, items must meet all of the following conditions:

Free of stains, damage, or signs of wear

Original tags attached

Returned with original packaging in good condition
Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be approved and may be sent back at the customer’s expense.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the issue

Photos of the product and tags
Once approved, we will provide a replacement or prepaid return solution.
Claims submitted after the 5-day window may not be eligible for resolution.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return shipping fees may be deducted from store credit once the return is received.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please ensure returned items are securely packaged. Damage incurred during return transit may result in denial.
Refunds & Store Credit

Store credit is issued within 7 business days after the return is received and inspected
