-We have a 30 day policy for an exchange or returning of an item please contact us at contact@vanqore.shop (Note due to our limited number of products an exchange may be just meant with a refund).

- In each of our product description there will be a size chart you can reference to decide what size to get 

WHY IS SHIPPING SO EXPENSIVE?

-The way we price shipping is based on the exact amount our shipping carrier is charging. So shipping is based on the weight of your purchase. And we chose to make our shipping like this in order to avoid a possible overcharge. But we don't want to punish you for buying more of our stuff thats why we made free shipping to orders over 3lb's!

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED?

-Once an order has been placed, we are unable to accommodate any changes to sizes or items. If you desire to cancel your entire order, we cannot guarantee fulfillment of your request. It is crucial to contact us promptly, and we will make every effort to cancel your order before it is shipped.

WHAT IS NAVIDIUM SHIPPING PROTECTION?

-By selecting Navidium Shipping Protection during checkout, you will be eligible for reimbursement of the complete amount paid for the affected order, which includes shipping costs, in the event of a covered loss. This reimbursement will be granted upon filing a valid claim.

How to avoid shrinkage?

-We generally advise washing most of our products with cold water and air drying them. We discourage the use of dryers as they can potentially cause damage or shrinkage to the items. It's important to note that certain materials may shrink more significantly than others. Please be aware that once an item has been washed, it becomes ineligible for returns or exchanges.
